The Tamil Indian Welfare Forum (TIWF), in collaboration with Abeer Medical Group, successfully conducted a free medical camp in Jeddah on August 15, 2025. The event drew significant participation from the expatriate community, especially women, who received much-needed medical support.

The camp offered:

• Free consultations with specialist doctors

• Screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, heart health, vision, and hearing

• An alarming finding that 42% of participants had hearing issues, largely due to headphone overuse

The program also featured a health awareness seminar led by Dr. Niyas Siraj, emphasizing the importance of strong immunity, balanced nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.

TIWF expressed gratitude to its organizers, medical teams, nurses, and volunteers who made the event a success, showcasing the community’s commitment to promoting health and wellbeing among expatriates in Saudi Arabia.
