The General Directorate of Civil Defense has announced a scheduled test of its fixed-siren and mobile alert system across key regions on Monday, 3 November 2025.

The system will be tested in the following areas:

• Riyadh Region: Diriyah, Al-Kharj and Al-Dilam governorates.

• Tabuk Region: All governorates.

• Makkah Region: Including Jeddah and Thuwal.

📋 Drill Timeline

• 1:00 PM – Emergency alert messages will be sent via the National Early Warning Platform.

• 1:10 PM – National alert tone broadcast.

• 1:15 PM – Fixed sirens will sound in designated governorates.

Officials urged residents to remain calm and not to take any action upon hearing the sirens, as the test is precautionary and routine.
