Malayali Players Shine at Saudi Badminton Championship in Riyadh

Riyadh witnessed an inspiring display of talent at the Saudi Badminton Championship, where Malayali shuttlers made a mark with their outstanding performance.

• Khadeeja Nizah, hailing from Kozhikode, secured the gold medal in the Women’s Singles category. Competing in a best-of-three format at the Riyadh Green Stadium, she remained undefeated throughout the tournament.

• Shamil Muttummala, representing Al Hilal Club, claimed the Men’s Singles title. A seasoned player with national-level experience, Shamil once again showcased his skills on an international stage.
