Indian Passport Services in Kuwait Now via Global Passport Seva

The Embassy of India in Kuwait has announced that all Indian passport applications must now be submitted exclusively through the new Global Passport Seva Program (GPSP 2.0), replacing the previous application portal.

Starting October 18, the old portal system will no longer be accepted at Indian Consular Application Centers located in Kuwait City, Fahaheel, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, and Jahra.

📌 The mission stated that the move aims to streamline the passport process, improve accuracy, and enable faster services for Indian residents in Kuwait.

ICAO-Compliant Photograph Requirement

Applicants must upload passport photos that strictly follow the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) biometric standards.

For Those Who Applied Using the Old Portal

Applicants who have already submitted forms through the old system will be required to re-fill and resubmit their applications on the GPSP 2.0 platform.

The Embassy urged all Indian nationals residing in Kuwait to switch to the updated service immediately to avoid delays.
