In a life-changing moment, Sweety Stanly, a 23-year-old Indian expat from Kerala, has won AED 1 million (~₹2.4 crore) in the Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) Mega Draw.

Stanly, who works in Dubai, purchased a gold bangle gifted by her fiancé, which made her eligible for the raffle. Interestingly, she had entered the draw using a wrong phone number, but DSS officials tracked her through her bill and confirmed her as the winner.

The announcement came during the grand finale of the DSS festival, leaving Sweety and her family overwhelmed with joy.
